| If a tyre fails in process, the credit note will be raised only for the invoice amount and no compensation is given for the casing damage. | |
Consequential damage |

| No compensation is given for consequential damages due to
tyre failures. Our liability is only up to the extent of retreading value. |

Pro-rata basis |
|
| Tyres failed during operations and covered under warranty
will be settled on pro-rata basis by compensating only to the extent of
unused tread depth. Only the original tread depth and the unused tread depth will be taken into consideration for calculating pro-rata amount. |

Settlement |
|
| Any claim tyre has to be sent to the company along with its invoice details to trace its history. If the claim is approved, either a credit note can be raised for the claim amount or the tyre can be reprocessed at pro-rata billing. |
